Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction with our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

    1. we will try our best to create suitable design concepts for our clients.
    2. In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund.
    3. Cancellation requested by a customer will lead to a deduction of 18%(3% Payment Gateway + 15% Other Charges) from the total amount of order.
    4. In case the order is already shipped then 18%(3% Payment Gateway + 15% Other Charges) + Forward Shipping Charges + RTO (Return to Origin) Shipping Charges will be deducted from the total amount of the order.
    5. We have all the rights to cancel the order without any prior notice for any reason whatsoever. (100%refund will be given).
    6. Refunds will be initiated to the source of payment. Sometimes, we may require your Bank Details or Paytm Number to initiate the refunds manually.
    7. We will credit refunds within 5 to 7 business days after approval.
