ERROR CODE: 10-01

– Description: A paper feed error has occurred in the main body.
– Detection Condition: The paper feed sensor at the paper feed section detects no paper.
– Affected Components: Multiple sensors and rollers in the paper feed section, including:
  – MFPB CN1-5 (Paper Feed Sensor)
  – MFPB CN1-7 (Resist Sensor)
  – MFPB CN1-9 (Registration Sensor)
  – MFPB CN1-11 (Bypass Sensor)
  – MFPB CN2-1 to 4 (Pick-up Roller Drive Motor)
  – MFPB CN2-5 to 8 (Registration Roller Drive Motor)

**Troubleshooting Procedure:**
1. Open the front door and check for any jammed paper in the paper feed section.
2. Remove any jammed paper following the procedures in the service manual.
3. Inspect the paper feed sensors (MFPB CN1-5, CN1-7, CN1-9, CN1-11) and check the sensor signals:
   – Measure the voltage at the sensor connectors when paper is present and absent.
   – Replace the sensor if the voltage does not change accordingly.
4. Check the pick-up roller and registration roller for wear or damage. Replace if necessary.
5. Check the pickup roller and registration roller drive motors (MFPB CN2-1 to 4, CN2-5 to 8) for proper operation.
6. If the issue persists, perform a full inspection of the paper feed section and replace any faulty components.
